This alarm is very comfortable and easy to use for any school age child. Kids readily accept putting on specialized moisture sensing underwear when they get ready for bed. When the underwear senses wetness, it alarms to alert the child and family that they need to get up and go to the bathroom. This is the alarm for you if your child will find it difficult to wear and clip an alarm to them every night.

When you wash, remember to remove transmitter from briefs. Machine wash briefs in warm water. Do not use fabric softener. Tumble dry on low heat without antistatic/softener sheet. DO NOT WRING. DO NOT WASH TRANSMITTER. Wipe transmitter clean with damp cloth and air dry.

Because starch is used on the briefs during the manufacturing process, it is recommended that the briefs be laundered or soaked with water and detergent prior to the first use. This removes the starch from the cloth, increases the rate of absorption, and insures the alarm's quick response to moisture.

This kit contains two waterproof overlays and two pairs of briefs. This is sufficient for two wetting episodes. If your child wets more than twice per night or you are unable to get laundry done each day, buying additional overlays or briefs is recommended. As progress is made, wetting becomes less frequent.

We packaged our most essential items together into one comprehensive Kit to meet your specific needs! Based on our customer feedback, this really is everything that you need to get started and be successful in helping your child get to dryness. This Treatment Kit contains the Rodger® Wireless alarm (one transmitter and choice of one or two receivers), two mattress overlays and our best book, "Seven Steps to Nighttime Dryness". And the best part is that you get to choose what you need and save money over ordering everything separately!

Step 1. Pick the size of underwear. You can choose from any size underwear for your Rodger® Wireless alarm. Your child will find it easy to wear because the underwear fits just like normal underwear.

Rodger ® Size Waist (in inches) Manufacturers Reference
    S 22-23" 128
    M 23-26" 140
    L 26-27" 152
    XL 27-28" 164
    Adult S 27-30" 176
    Adult M 32-34" 188
    Adult L 34-36" 200
    Adult XL 36-38" 212

Step 2. Pick Your Overlays. This kit contains two washable, waterproof overlays that lay on top of the sheet. These overlays absorb wetness while the waterproof layer keeps the sheets dry. They also help with the transition from disposable pants to cloth underwear by decreasing the laundry burden! Start the night off on one overlay, and simply replace it with a clean one when your child wets. Choose from the flat overlays that lay smoothly on the sheet or the tuck–in style, with 18 inch flaps of fabric sewn on each end of the pad. These tuck–in tails allow you to secure the ends of the pad between the upper and lower mattress – nice if your child is a restless sleeper. Designate a flat or tuck–in regular (twin) or large (full) overlay, depending on the size of bed your child sleeps in. (If your child sleeps in a queen or king size bed, select the larger full overlay.)

Step 3.  Pick the color. Please note: The lavender color has sensor threads sewn into the fabric to detect urine where girls need it most. The navy and red colors are unisex and can be worn by either gender.

ALSO INCLUDED in your kit is our top book, “Seven Steps to Nighttime Dryness”, an essential guide for parents assisting their children in the proper use of a bedwetting alarm. It covers how to use the alarm, expected progress at each stage, how long to use the alarm plus answers hundreds of commonly asked questions.

This Treatment Kit contains everything you need to help your child achieve success – all for one low price!

How to use the alarm. To use the alarm, simply snap the small, 1 ounce transmitter, to the briefs at bedtime. Once the underpants get wet, the transmitter sends a wireless signal to the alarm receiver (which can be plugged into a wall outlet or used with batteries). The alarm receiver sounds, indicating that your child is wetting. Once the alarm receiver sounds, it will sound continuously until the reset button on the front of the receiver is pressed to turn the alarm off. This helps ensure that your child gets up to the alarm – NOT turn the alarm off in bed and fall back asleep. This alarm is a great choice for children who don't wear a pajama top or are reluctant to thread a sensor cord under their shirt.

With the convenient, discreet Rodger® Wireless Bedwetting System, you can experience what it’s like for your child to wake up dry. Your child will be well–rested, more self–confident and independent, and be able to enjoy normal childhood sleepovers or camping trips without worry. If your child is a heavy sleeper, an optional bedshaker is available. Additional underwear available in our accessory area. A Bedwetting Store Exclusive!

    Good when it worked

It worked for about two weeks and seemed to be addressing the problem. Then both pair of underwear stopped working, though the transmitter still seems to work. Ugh.

We are sorry to hear that you are encountering issues with your alarm.

There are several things that may have caused the alarm not to sound:

-First, check to make sure that the Receiver is turned ON and that the volume is turned up.
-Check to make sure that your Receiver is plugged into a working outlet (if it is a switched outlet, make sure that the switch is turned on).
-Make sure that the Receiver is only running on one power source – if this wall unit has batteries installed AND it is plugged into a wall outlet, it will not function properly. Either remove the batteries or unplug the unit from the wall.
-Make sure that there are no other transmitting devices, such as a baby monitor, interfering with the Rodger® alarm. If other devices are in use, try changing their frequency or relocating them to prevent interference.
-The sensor threads in the underwear can initially come over starched. Additionally, the underwear can become coated with residue over time. To freshen them, soak in Oxyclean or a solution of 1 part vinegar to 1 part water.

Please contact us with any further questions/concerns and we will be happy to assist you.

    So thankful!!

We have been using the Rodger Wireless system for about 3 weeks for our nine year old son. He has already had a few completely dry nights, which he has never had!! He had also experienced daytime accidents and those have dramatically decreased. The alarm system works with even just one or two drops of wetness in the underwear!
Needless to say that we are very pleased with our son's progress, and we believe he will have completely dry days and nights very soon!

    Deep sleepers

This is a wast of money for a child that deep sleeps. Alarm goes off and wakes the other 5 in the house but the one that needs to wake up.

It is important to note that most children are very sound sleepers, and will require the assistance of a parent/caregiver to wake up to the alarm. Therefore, it is important that an adult can hear the alarm so that he/she can assist the child in waking up.

I love the boxer brief underwear and had no issues/gripes from my son about wearing them. I’m only a week in and I can’t see how this is working yet and I expected more from the app. I thought it would collect data for you but it doesn’t. I’m just meh and very discouraged.

We’re definitely seeing MAJOR progress! My daughter is 9 years and has autism. We tried several other ideas and were pretty convince that she would wear night diapers for years. But we’re seeing light at the end of the tunnel
